The Kroger Lofts are a collection of apartments that opened in July of 2024 that feature a common area rooftop deck with plunge pool that's heated all year round ! We welcome you to make memories in this unique space in the heart of downtown Charlevoix! This special place is close to everything, from dinning and shopping to spending the day at Michigan Beach or renting a boat from Ward Brother Marina!
